HEY GUYS!  ALL Rising 9th-12th grade teen guys are invited to get into the game!  Backyard Football * Pick-up Basketball * Baseball * Soccer * Corn-Hole Challenge * Ultimate Frisbee * MEET AT THE PAVILION in the field behind the St. John’s School * “Guy Food” prepared & served up by the Knights of Columbus = Wing Night * Nacho Night * Chili & Cheese Dog Night * Pizza Night * Post-Game mini-messages given by one of the Padres, Fr. Smith, Fr. Nicholas, Fr. Brian & the young adult men of the parish * Play Hard   - Eat Hard * TWICE A MONTH *  Yes, bring people!

HEY GIRLS!  ALL Rising 9th-12th grade teen girls are invited to express their creativity through the ARTS!  * Paint murals, Theatre sets and Canvas backdrops * Get an Introduction to Theatre & Participate in 1-Act Plays * * Participate in Design & Style thru Tie-Die & Jewelry Making * Finger foods, Sweets & Coffee House beverages * GATHER IN MERCY HALL * TWICE A MONTH * Come & discover the connection between Femininity & Artistry!  Bring friends!

THE JULY 6th SESSION:  Artistry through Design – Tie Dye II (Take 2!  Let’s try this again!)  Jewelry making by candlelight at our last session was a success despite the tornado!  We’ll finish the session this weekend!  Bring a cotton item or tee shirt to design!  We’ll also attempt our hand at painting!  Wear appropriate clothes for both of these artistic ventures!   

 

 

 

 

Swing into Summer!

HEY GUYS & GIRLS!  ALL Rising 9th-12th grade teens are invited to a SWING DANCE SESSION!  Learn the steps, the high energy moves and even the lifts if you dare!  Rotating partners so EVERYBODY DANCES * This TUESDAY EVENING, June 7th, from 6:00-9:00 pm in Mercy Hall * Wear comfortable shoes and clothes that will let you kick up your heels and move easily * Professional swing dance instruction given by Patrick Bowerman * Light refreshments will be served * Bring friends *

THE JUNE 8th SESSION:  ART THROUGH PHOTOGRAPHY – 20 minute photography instruction followed by a session to test your hand at photography capturing unseen beauty around the grounds * Have your portrait taken by a professional photographer and receive the gifted image the following week!  Bring a camera, cell phone, or tablet to practice your skills * Wear something beautiful!

PHILOSO-FIRES!

HEY GUYS & GIRLS!  ALL Rising 9th-12th grade teens are invited to hang out together around the campfire * Guitars welcome * Friends welcome * Volleyball * S’mores & hot dogs cooked over a FIRE PIT down at the St. John’s Pavilion * Philosophical & Theological “mind-bender” questions posed to casually contemplate * TWICE A MONTH * Bring a blanket & friends!
